Murphy Harpst Children's Center is looking for Foster Parents who can provide a structured, loving environment to children in need of a home. The contributions made by foster parents to the children in their homes will forever change the life and outlook of an abused or neglected child. You could be the chosen one for a needy child that could forever change this child's path in life from failure and desperation to success and triumph.
