Help Needed with Transportation Costs to Sager Brown

Many local churches have been faithfully collecting materials and supplies for UMCOR: bedding kits, flood buckets, health care kits, and school bags. The problem is it now costs about $500 per round trip to get these much-needed items to Sager Brown Depot in Louisiana. The Conference Disaster Relief team members have done a number of these trips as a gift out-of-pockett, but the cost has become prohibitive for just a few people to absorb. I fyou are willing to donate to this cause, mark a check "North GA. Conference Disaster Relief: Transportation" and your church treasurer will send it to the conference office where it will fund trips to Sager Brown and back. If you are willing to drive a load of materials yourself and absorb the costs as your gift, contact Mike Yoder at 404-597-2137 and let him know.
